Indutrade AB: Indutrade acquires ALH Systems Ltd in the UK
Regulatory News:
Indutrade (STO:INDTB) today acquired all of the shares in ALH Systems Ltd in the UK, with annual sales of GBP 6 million.
ALH Systems Ltd is a supplier of formulated polyurethane and epoxy encapsulants, sealants, adhesives and potting compounds. The majority of customers are in the gas industry as well as in the construction and electronics segment.
Possession will be transferred today, and the company will be part of Indutrade’s Special Products business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
