Increased number of shares in Formpipe
As previously announced in April 25, the Annual General Meeting decided about newly issued shares due to the acquisition of the minority stake of the shares in the subsidiary, Formpipe Intelligo. The new shares have now been issued and the number of shares and votes in Formpipe has increased by 699,805 shares and the share capital has increased by SEK 69,980.50.
Following this increase, the number of outstanding shares and votes in the company amounts to 52,572,830 and the share capital amounts to SEK 5,257,283.00
