Hyperion CEO Godfrey Sullivan Joins Citrix Board of Directors

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 22, 2005--Hyperion (Nasdaq:HYSL), the global leader in Business Performance Management software, today announced the appointment of its President and Chief Executive Officer, Godfrey Sullivan, to the Citrix Systems, Inc. board of directors.
Sullivan's appointment, effective this past February 17th, includes service on Citrix' Compensation Committee and on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.

Sullivan, who has more than 20 years of experience in global operations management in the software industry, joined Hyperion in 2001 as president and chief operating officer. He became Hyperion's chief executive officer in July, 2004. Prior to joining Hyperion, Sullivan held senior management positions at AutoDesk and Apple Computer.
