Christine Beliveau, managing director in Huron's Disputes andInvestigations practice, works on investigations of public companiesthat are focused on revenue recognition or other complex accountingissues, and specializes in the software, healthcare, and high techindustries. She has more than 10 years of experience in professionalservices, including eight in public accounting with Big Four firms,and has the Chartered Accountant designation from Canada. Beliveau,who received her Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, isbased in the Company's San Francisco office.

James Dondero, managing director in the Company's FinancialReporting Valuation Services practice, has 20 years of experience infinancial and economic analysis, corporate finance, valuation, andoperations. He serves on the Appraisal issues Task Force working withboth the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and theSecurities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on valuation related issues.Dondero received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from MichiganState University and his Masters of Management from the Sloan Schoolof Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He isbased in Huron's Boston office.

Todd J. Glomb, managing director in Huron's Disputes andInvestigations practice, provides litigation, accounting, and businessprocess analysis services to clients, and specializes in thetelecommunications industry. Glomb, who is a member of the AmericanInstitute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPASociety, received his Bachelor of Business Administration inAccounting from the University of Notre Dame. He is based in theCompany's Chicago office.

Mark Grover, managing director in the Company's Disputes andInvestigations practice, has significant experience working withclients responding to accounting and financial reporting inquiriesfrom the SEC, as well as other complex business disputes and financialinvestigations. He received his Master of Business Administration andMaster of Accounting from Northeastern University. Grover, who is aCertified Public Accountant (CPA), is a member of the AmericanInstitute of Certified Public Accountants and the MassachusettsSociety of Certified Public Accountants. He is based in Huron's Bostonoffice.

Kevin McGowan, managing director in Huron's PerformanceImprovement practice, has 20 years of consulting experience providingstrategic planning and analysis, operational cost reduction,outsourcing assessment, and organizational design. He received hisBachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and his Master of BusinessAdministration, Finance and Business Strategy from the University ofChicago. McGowan is based in the Company's Chicago office.

Diane Ratekin, managing director and senior counsel in theCompany's corporate Legal department, has more than 20 years ofexperience practicing law with nationally recognized law firms andpublicly held corporations. She received her J.D. from the Universityof Iowa College of Law. Ratekin, who is a member of the American BarAssociation, the Corporate Counsel Association, and the Chicago BarAssociation, is based in Huron's Chicago office.

Judith Roberts, managing director in Huron's Disputes andInvestigations practice, is an applied microeconomist with more than15 years of combined academic and nonacademic experience. She hasconducted numerous large-scale econometric studies on a variety ofsubjects. Roberts received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics fromCornell University and her Ph.D. in Economics from the University ofMichigan. She is based in the Company's Boston office.

Lisa Robison, managing director in the Company's corporateFinancial Planning and Analysis department, has more than 20 years ofaccounting and finance experience. She leads the finance team, whichis responsible for internal financial reporting and analysis,budgeting, and forecasting processes and tools. She received herBachelor of Science in Commerce from DePaul University. Robison, whois a CPA, is based in Huron's Chicago office.

John E. Steele, managing director in Huron's Healthcare Payorpractice, helps clients respond to a variety of business issues andunique compliance requirements in the health insurance industry. Thisincludes assisting clients with regulatory and contractually drivenclaims and disputes, as well as operational issues through extensivedata analysis and fact based investigations. Steele received hisBachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois atChampaign-Urbana and his Masters of Business Administration from theUniversity of Chicago. He is based in the Company's Chicago office.

Joy Walton, managing director in the Company's Higher Educationpractice, assists research universities and academic medical centerswith technology solutions supporting the research enterprise. She hasspent much of her career providing technological and softwaresolutions to support complex research administration processes andissues at large research organizations throughout the country. Waltonreceived her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University ofIllinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a frequent speaker at manynational forums focused on improving the efficiency and effectivenessof research operations. She is based in Huron's Chicago office.

James D. Zinn, managing director in Huron's Legal BusinessConsulting practice, specializes in the strategic and tactical use oftechnology in investigative and litigation consulting services. Heleads the Company's national Digital Evidence Laboratory, whichprovides forensic analysis of digital media. He received his Bachelorof Science in Accounting and his Master of Accountancy in InformationSystems from Brigham Young University. Zinn, who is a Certified FraudExaminer and CPA, is based in the Company's Chicago office.
