Huntsman Corp. Reports Profit In Q4

(RTTNews) - Huntsman Corp. (HUN), a manufacturer of differentiated chemicals, Tuesday reported profit for the fourth quarter compared with loss in the same period last year, supported by growth in revenues.

The company reported profit of $41 million, or $0.17 per share, compared with a loss of $40 million, or $0.17 per share, reported for the corresponding period last year.

Excluding certain items, profit increased to $118 million, or $0.48 per share, from the year-ago profit of $68 million, or $0.28 per share.

For the three months to December, adjusted EBITDA rose to $313 million from $245 million a year earlier.

Revenues for the 3-month period increased to $2.705 billion from $2.619 billion a year earlier.
