Homeinns Shareholders Approve Merger Agreement - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Homeinns Hotel Group (HMIN) announced that, at an extraordinary general meeting, the company's shareholders voted in favor of the proposal to authorize and approve the merger agreement by and among the company, BTG Hotels Group (HONGKONG) Holdings Co., Limited, BTG Hotels Group (CAYMAN) Holding Co., Ltd, and BTG Hotels (Group) Co., Ltd. Of the ordinary shares voted at the general meeting, approximately 99.14% were voted in favor of the proposal to approve the merger agreement.

Completion of the merger is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in the merger agreement. Homeinns said it will work with various other parties to satisfy all other conditions precedent to the merger and expects to complete the merger soon.
