Highlight Event and Entertainment AG publishes results for the first half of 2025

• Consolidated sales amounted to CHF 156.5 million (previous year: CHF 182.9 million) due to production-related factors.
• EBIT was CHF -31.0 million (previous year: CHF -9.9 million) due to one-off special effects and extraordinary operating costs.
• Consolidated net profit amounted to CHF -35.7 million (previous year: CHF -19.2 million).
• The equity ratio was 22.4 % (December 31, 2024: 26.3 %). The consolidated total assets amounted to CHF 784.7 million (December 31, 2024: CHF 806.9 million). 

The sales in the Film segment remained nearly unchanged at CHF 101.2 million (-1.1%), while sales in the Sports and Event segment was CHF 25.2 million lower than at the end of the previous year due to one-off special effects.

Equity amounted to CHF 175.6 million (December 31, 2024: CHF 211.9 million) and HLEE Group remains well financed.

A significant improvement of the results is expected for the second half of the year, which, due to the largely elimination of special costs and a positive development in sales, which is traditionally stronger.
