Heijmans intends to appoint Ruud Majenburg to the Executive Board

The Supervisory Board of Heijmans N.V. intends to appoint Mr. R. (Ruud) Majenburg (1959) as the fourth member of the Executive Board of Heijmans N.V. with effect from 14 April 2016. Mr. Majenburg has previously fulfilled senior management/administrative positions at Unilever and Cofely, and recently as CEO of Prysmian Group (Northern Europe).
His proposed appointment will be explained during the General Meeting of Shareholders on 13 April 2016. The agenda for this meeting will be published no later than 2 March 2016. Mr. Majenburg will have the Dutch and Belgian infrastructure construction companies in his portfolio.

After the appointment, the Executive Board of Heijmans N.V. will consist of Messrs. L.J.T. (Bert) van der Els (Chairman), M.C. (Mark) van den Biggelaar, A.G.J. (Ton) Hillen and R. (Ruud) Majenburg.
