MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Hawkins, Inc. (Nasdaq:  HWKN), at its meeting on February 9, 2017, declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.42 per share payable April 7, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 24, 2017.  This is the 32^nd consecutive year the Company has paid cash dividends since it first began paying out dividends in 1985.
