Harwood Feffer LLP Announces Investigation of Gigamon Inc.

NEW YORK, Oct. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Gigamon Inc. ("Gigamon" or the "Company") (NYSE: GIMO) concerning the proposed sale of the Company to Elliott Management ("Elliott").

Under the terms of the offer, Elliott would acquire Gigamon in a transaction valued at approximately $1.6 billion.  Pursuant to the deal, Gigamon stockholders will receive $38.50 in cash per common share of Gigamon owned.
