H.B. Fuller Q3 Results Miss Estimates; Guides Q2 EPS Below Consensus

(RTTNews) - H.B. Fuller Company (FUL) reported net income for the third quarter of $4.0 million or $0.08 per share, compared to $28.3 million or $0.55 per share for the year-ago quarter.

Excluding items, adjusted earnings per share in the third quarter were $0.42, down down from prior year's $0.74 per share.

Net revenue for the third quarter rose to $526.77 million from $514.58 million a year ago.
