Guidance Software Professional Services Team to Help Multi-Billion Dollar Retailer Build an E-Discovery Center of Excellence

Guidance Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:GUID) today announced the company’s largest Guidance Software Advisory Program deal to-date with a multi-billion dollar retailer. As part of the agreement, Guidance Software Professional Services e-discovery experts will help the retailer build a world-class E-discovery Center of Excellence to support their ongoing e-discovery efforts.

"The scale of e-discovery issues for litigious industries like retail, financial services, healthcare, government and more is driving a need for trained professionals to come alongside organizations to help them develop best practice programs that include repeatable and efficient business processes using tools like our market-leading EnCase eDiscovery solution,” said Amanda Berger, vice president, Professional Services at Guidance Software. "This burgeoning need is why we created the Guidance Software Advisory Program.”

The Guidance Software Advisory Program, launched in 2009, has successfully helped many organizations including a number of Fortune 100 customers optimize their business process for e-discovery, security and digital investigations.

"Through the Guidance Software Advisory Program, our highly trained professional services team work alongside customers to provide a customized plan to automate procedures, reduce inefficiencies, establish a documented, defensible and repeatable workflow, and align procedures with industry best practices,” added Berger.
