Grupo Rotoplas' Shareholders Meeting approves payment of a Capital Reimbursement payable in cash

MEXICO CITY, April 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Grupo Rotoplas S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: AGUA) ("Rotoplas" or "the Company"), the leading provider of individual and integrated water solutions in the Americas, announces that following up on its press release issued on March 9^th, 2018, today its Annual General Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting approved the payment of a capital reimbursement payable in cash in the amount of MXN $0.37 for each outstanding share.

The payment shall be done through the S.D. Indeval, Institución para el Depósito de Valores, S.A. de C.V., in a single exhibition on May 7^th, 2018.
