Grontmij appoints ad-interim Country Managing Director France

De Bilt, 6 May 2014 - Grontmij N.V. a listed consulting & engineering company with strong European presence, announces the appointment of an ad-interim Country Managing Director (CMD) in France.

On 30 April Grontmij announced that a divestment process of its French activities, either as a whole or in parts, would be initiated. As a result, an ad-interim CMD, Mr Thierry Janssen, has been appointed, who has the relevant experience to lead the French business under these circumstances.

Mr Jan Bosschem leaves his position as CMD of France but will continue his advisory role to Grontmij's Belgian business.
 
Grontmij has hired Rothschild Cie. as advisor to the company for the planned divestment process.
