GlycoMimetics Closes $64.4 Mln IPO
(RTTNews) - GlycoMimetics, Inc. (GLYC) said Wednesday that it has closed its initial public offering of 8.05 million shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price of $8.00 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase up to 1.05 million additional shares of common stock.
All of the shares in the offering were offered by GlycoMimetics.
The aggregate net proceeds to GlycoMimetics, after underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, are expected to be about $57.4 million.
