Globoforce Files IPO Of Up To $75 Mln; Pricing Terms Not Disclosed

(RTTNews) - Globoforce Ltd. announced that it has filed an a registration statement on Friday on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $75 million in an initial public offering and the pricing terms were not disclosed.

The company plans to list its shares on the NASDAQ under the symbol "THNX".

The enterprise software company anticipates that it will use the net proceeds received from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank are the joint bookrunners on the deal.

Globoforce is a company that was started in 1999 and provides cloud-based, social recognition software solutions to enterprises.
