General Finance Q3 Profit Up

(RTTNews) - General Finance Corporation (GFN) Monday reported third-quarter profit of $1.1 million or $0.04 per share, up from $0.7 million or $0.03 per share in the same period last year.

On average, four analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.05 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Revenues dropped to $63.84 million from $65.67 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $64.98 million.

Looking ahead to the fiscal 2014, the company currently projects revenues in the range of $250 million to $260 million. Analysts currently expect full-year revenues of $265.71 million.
