The Company has been notified that Michael Turner, Chairman, purchased 4,400 A ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £4.50 per share, on 17 October 2022, to be split equally between his four children. 

 

Fred Turner, Executive Director, is one of the beneficiaries and as a result his interest in the Company has increased by 1,100 A ordinary shares of 40p each.

 

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
