Frontline Announces Increase In Share Capital - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Frontline Ltd. (FRO, FRO.L) Wednesday announced that it has on December 23 issued 760,377 new ordinary shares. Following such issuance, Frontline has an issued share capital of $112.343 million divided into 112.34 million ordinary shares.

The agreement is now closed and no more shares will be issued under this agreement.

The company said the reference is made to the announcement by Frontline of the Company's entry into a debt for equity exchange agreement December 16.

On December 19, Frontline Management (Bermuda) Ltd. issued 3.98 million new ordinary shares on December 18. After the issuance, Frontline has an issued share capital of $111,582,612 divided into 111,582,612 ordinary shares.
