Frank's Int'l Appoints Jeffrey Bird As EVP, CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Frank's International N.V. (FI) announced the appointment of Jeffrey Bird as its Executive Vice President or EVP and Chief Financial Officer or CFO, effective immediately.

The company noted that Bird has over 20 years of broad accounting and finance experience with both public and private companies.

Commenting on Bird's prior experience, the company said he was most recently Chief Financial Officer for Ascend Performance Materials in Houston. Prior to that, Bird served in a variety of accounting and finance roles primarily in the industrial manufacturing sector, including serving as a division Chief Financial Officer at Danaher Corporation and Oshkosh Corporation.

John Sinders, who temporarily assumed the role of interim Chief Financial Officer in July 2014, will continue to serve as Executive Vice President, Administration, the company said.
