Forrester Research Q3 Profit Down - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Forrester Research Inc. (FORR) Wednesday reported third-quarter profit of $2.1 million or $0.10 per share, compared to $10.4 million or $0.45 per share in the same period last year.

On a pro forma basis, net income was $3.9 million or $0.19 per share, which reflects a pro forma effective tax rate of 39 percent.

Revenues improved to $69.6 million from $68.5 million last year.

Looking ahead to the fourth-quarter, the company has forecast earnings in a range of $0.07 to $0.11 per share, with pro-forma earnings in the order of $0.14 to $0.18 per share. Revenues are projected in a range of $75.5 million to $78.5 million.

For the fiscal-year 2013, earnings are expected to range between $0.54 and $0.57 per share, with adjusted earnings between $0.85 and $0.89 per share. Revenues are expected in the order of $295.0 million to $298.0 million.
