Forestar Appoints Charles Jehl As CFO Succeeding Christopher Nines - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Forestar Group Inc. (FOR), which operates in real estate, oil and gas and other natural resources segments, announced Friday it has appointed Charles Jehl, Executive Vice President - Oil & Gas, as Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Christopher Nines, Chief Financial Officer, who stepped down on September 30.

Jehl served as Forestar's Chief Accounting Officer from 2006 to 2013, and prior to joining Forestar was Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Guaranty Insurance Services, Inc.

Phillip Weber, Chief Executive Officer, said, "Chuck has made many significant contributions to Forestar, most recently in the form of meaningful cost reductions and increased efficiencies in the company's oil and gas segment. Chuck brings over 24 years of financial management and leadership experience into his new role as Chief Financial Officer."
