Flextronics Int'l Q3 Profit Up - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Flextronics International Ltd. (FLEX) Wednesday reported third-quarter profit of $145.16 million or $0.23 per share, up from $47.35 million or $0.08 per share in the same period last year.

Adjusted earnings for the quarter was $187 million or $0.26 per share. On average, 14 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.23 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Sales improved to $7.18 billion from $6.12 billion last year. Analysts expected revenues of $6.70 per share.
