Flex LNG Names Marius Foss CEO Of Flex LNG Management AS

(RTTNews) - Flex LNG Ltd (FLNG, FLNG.OL), a Bermuda-based LNG shipping company, Friday said that its Board has appointed Marius Foss as the Chief Executive Officer or CEO of Flex LNG Management AS.

The company said that Foss is presently working as the Interim CEO and Chief Commercial Officer of Flex LNG Management AS. He joined the company in 2018 and has over 35 years of shipping experience from commercial management roles in other companies like Frontline, Golar LNG and Avance Gas, Flex LNG added.

Commenting on the appointment, Ola Lorentzon, Chairman of Flex LNG, said, "On behalf of the Board, I am pleased that Marius has accepted the role as CEO of Flex LNG. His proven commercial capabilities, and leadership during his tenure as interim CEO, provide a strong foundation for the Company's continued development."

On the NYSE, FLNG ended Thursday's trading at $25.83, down 0.42 percent.
