Five Prime Therapeutics Prices 3 Mln Shares At $12.50 Per Share - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Five Prime Therapeutics (FPRX) Thursday announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3 million shares of its common stock at a price of $12.50 per share for an aggregate offering of $37.5 million, before underwriting discounts, commissions and estimated expenses.

All shares of common stock are being offered by Five Prime. Additionally, Five Prime has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 450,000 additional shares of common stock at the offering price.

The offering is expected to close on February 12.

Jefferies LLC, BMO Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers. Guggenheim Securities, LLC is acting as a co-manager for the offering.
