First National Bank Alaska Declares Special Dividend

At the Board of Directors Meeting held November 30, 2017, First National Bank Alaska (OTCBB:FBAK) declared a special cash dividend of $20.00 per share, payable on or about December 20, 2017, to shareholders of record as of the close of business December 11, 2017.

This special dividend raised the total dividends declared per share during 2017 to $100 per share.

Subject to continued favorable results and any other factors the bank’s Board may deem relevant, the Board’s intent is to increase the bank’s regular quarterly dividend to $25.00 per common share beginning in the year 2018. This statement is in no way declaration of a dividend, nor does it limit the discretion of the Board to determine the amount of future cash dividends, if any, to be paid by the bank.
