First Commonwealth financial centers feature an innovative, modern look and feel with a warm, friendly and social atmosphere with Associates ready to provide exceptional service to meet all our members’ needs.

The new First Commonwealth financial center design is centered on creating opportunities for members and the community to enhance their lives through financial literacy and 24-hour banking ease and convenience. "We're different – on purpose. We're providing new, friendly spaces for more social interaction and good conversation so we can help members thrive financially. We're real people, doing really good things for other real people every day.  Our members feel that with every interaction, every experience. The new location includes a financial wellness center, social spaces for conversation, financial specialists, extended hours, café with free coffee, two drive-up lanes with ITMs (Interactive Transaction Machines) and focus on community. ITMs are advanced ATMs with the added feature of assistance from live Video Associates so members can complete transactions outside of regular banking hours while experiencing personalized service from a live person.
