Fifth Street Finance Prices $250 Mln Notes Offering

(RTTNews) - Fifth Street Finance Corp. (FSC) said Friday that it has priced a public offering of $250 million in aggregate principal amount of its 4.875% unsecured notes due 2019.

The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and the Notes are expected to be delivered on or about February 26.

Fifth Street plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay debt outstanding under one or more of its credit facilities. However, through re-borrowing under its credit facilities, it plans to make investments in small and mid-sized companies.
