Fidus Investment Prices Public Offering At $17.00/share - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Fidus Investment Corp. (FDUS) Tuesday said it has priced a public offering of 2 million shares of common stock at $17.00 per share.

The company expects net proceeds from the offering, after deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses payable by the company, to be about $32.4 million.

Fidus has also granted the underwriters an option, exercisable for 30 days, to purchase up to 300 thousand additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

The firm intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to make investments in lower middle-market companies in accordance with its investment objective and strategies and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
