F5 Networks Q3 Profit Declines; Yet Tops View - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - F5 Networks Inc. (FFIV) reported that its third-quarter GAAP net income was $68.2 million or $0.86 per share, compared to $72.3 million or $0.91 per share in the same quarter a year ago.

Excluding the impact of stock-based compensation and amortization of purchased intangible assets, non-GAAP net income declined to $84.4 million or $1.12 per share, compared to $90.6 million or $1.14 per share in the comparable quarter last year.
