Exercise of warrants and registration of capital increase

With reference to announcements no. 1 of 18 March 2014, no. 2 of 25 March 2014 and no. 3 of 28 March 2014 regarding the initial public offering of shares in OW Bunker A/S (the "Offering"), the share capital increase of 1,550,805 new shares, each with a nominal value of DKK 1, following the exercise of warrants by participants in OW Bunker A/S' management investment programme  has today been registered with the Danish Business Authority.

The first day of trading and official listing on Nasdaq OMX Copenhagen A/S of the new shares issued following exercise of warrants is 31 March 2014. The new shares are issued under the permanent ISIN (DK0060548386) and will trade under the symbol "OW".

Following this share capital increase, the nominal share capital of OW Bunker A/S is nominal DKK 36,013,190, divided into 36,013,190 shares, each with a nominal value of DKK 1. Each share carries one vote at OW Bunker's general meetings.
