Exclusive Negotiation of SoLocal for the Sale of Its Business AVendreALouer

SoLocal (Paris:LOCAL) has entered into exclusive negotiations for the sale of its online real estate classifieds business AVendreALouer.

The transaction project will be presented to the employee representative bodies following the information and consultation process.

The website AVendreALouer recorded 1.6 million unique visitors in May 2017, corresponding to a 23%-audience growth versus May 2016¹.
