ExamWorks Plans To Commence $500 Mln Notes Offering

(RTTNews) - ExamWorks Group Inc (EXAM) on Tuesday said it plans to commence an offering of $500 million in aggregate principal of senior unsecured notes due 2023.

ExamWorks intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to redeem all of the $250 million in aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 9.0% senior notes due 2019, to repay all outstanding borrowings under its existing credit facility, to pay related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions.

ExamWorks Group is a provider of independent medical examinations, peer reviews, bill reviews, Medicare compliance, case management, and related services.
