We hereby give notice according to Secs. 21 subs.1, 22 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - "WpHG") that on October 11, 2007, the holding of voting rights in PrimaCom AG by Orion Cable GmbH has exceeded the thresholds of 25, 30, 50 and 75 percent and on that date amounted to approximately 82.24 percent (this corresponds to 19,456,508 voting rights out of an aggregate of 23,659,258 voting rights). Approximately 0.00042 percent (this corresponds to 100 voting rights) of the voting rights are attributable to Orion Cable GmbH according to Sec. 22 subsec. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, sentence 3 WpHG. Approximately 59.89 percent of the voting rights (this corresponds to 14,169,208 voting rights) are attributable to Orion Cable GmbH through Omega I S. à r. l., Luxemburg, according to Sec. 22 subsec. 2 sentence 1 WpHG.

Zudem geben wir bekannt, dass uns folgende Meldung der Omega I S. à r. l., Luxemburg, Luxemburg, zugegangen ist:

We hereby give notice according to Secs. 21 subs.1, 22 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - "WpHG") that on October 11, 2007, the holding of voting rights in PrimaCom AG by Omega I S. à r. l.has exceeded the thresholds of 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50 and 75 percent and on that date amounted to approximately 82.24 percent (this corresponds to 19,456,408 voting rights out of an aggregate of 23,659,258 voting rights). Approximately 22.35 percent of the voting rights (this corresponds to 5,287,200 voting rights) are attributable to Omega I S. à r. l. through Orion Cable GmbH, Augsburg, according to Sec. 22 subsec. 2 sentence 1 WpHG.

Darüber hinaus geben wir bekannt, dass uns folgende Meldung der Escaline II S. à r. l., Luxemburg, Luxemburg, zugegangen ist:

We hereby give notice according to Secs. 21 subs. 1, 22 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - "WpHG") that on October 11, 2007, the holding of voting rights in PrimaCom AG by Escaline II S. à r. l. has exceeded the threshold 25, 30, 50 and 75 percent and on that date amounted to approximately 82.24 percent (this corresponds to 19,456,508 voting rights out of an aggregate of 23,659,258 voting rights). Approximately 22.35 percent of the voting rights (this corresponds to 5,287,300 voting rights) are attributable to Escaline II S. à r. l. through its controlled entity Orion Cable GmbH, Augsburg, according to Sec. 22 subsec. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, sentence 3 WpHG, holding 3 percent or more of the voting rights in PrimaCom AG. Approximately 59.89 percent of the voting rights (this corresponds to 14,169,208 voting rights) are attributable to Escaline II S. à r. l. through Omega I S. à r. l., Luxemburg, according to Sec. 22 subsec. 2 sentence 1 WpHG.

Approximately 59.89 percent of the voting rights (this corresponds to 14,169,208 voting rights) are attributable to Escaline S. à r. l. through its controlled entity Omega I S. à r. l., Luxembourg, according to Sec. 22 subsec. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, sentence 3 WpHG. Approximately 82.24 percent of the voting rights (this corresponds to 19,456,408 voting rights) are also attributable to Escaline S. à r. l. through Orion Cable GmbH, Augsburg, as well as Omega I S. à r. l., Luxembourg, according to Sec. 22 subsec. 2 sentence 1 WpHG.
