Eurazeo: Renewal of the Terms of Office of Executive Board Members

The Eurazeo (Paris:RF) Supervisory Board met on December 5, 2013, chaired by Michel David-Weill.

At the proposal of the Compensation and Appointment Committee, the Supervisory Board renewed the terms of office of all Executive Board members for 4 years, with effect from March 19, 2014, the expiry date of the current terms of office. It was also decided to appoint Virginie Morgon as a second Chief Operating Officer. The composition of the Executive Board from this date will be as follows:

• Patrick Sayer, Chairman of the Executive Board,
• Bruno Keller, Chief Operating Officer,
• Virginie Morgon, Chief Operating Officer,
• Philippe Audouin, Chief Financial Officer,
• Fabrice de Gaudemar, member of the Executive Board.
