Equity LifeStyle Properties Q1 FFO Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (ELS) Monday said first-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, increased to $71.4 million or $0.78 per share from $65.0 million or $0.71 per share in the same period last year.

Normalized FFO for the quarter was $71.8 million or $0.79 per share, up from $64.0 million or $0.70 per share in the prior year period. On average, seven analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report FFO of $0.76 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net income available for common shares rose to $38.1 million or $0.46 per share from $35.0 million or $0.42 per share in the year-ago period.

Total revenues were $196.59 million, up from $183.78 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $178.97 million.
