Frankfurt, 29 August 2025 - clearvise AG (WKN A1EWXA / ISIN DE000A1EWXA4), an independent power producer from renewable energies with a diversified European portfolio of wind and PV plants, is progressing according to plan with the construction of the Weilrod 2 wind farm in the Hochtaunus region, which will have a total capacity of 18.6 megawatts (MW).  The last of the wind farm's three wind turbines was commissioned this week.

Petra Leue-Bahns, CEO of clearvise AG, explains: "With the commissioning of the wind turbines, electricity production has begun at our Weilrod 2 wind farm investment. This underscores how the implementation of our contractually acquired project pipeline is strengthening clearvise's strategic realignment as a pure yield company. With the full commissioning of the Weilrod 2 wind farm, our YieldCo's operational portfolio now comprises wind and solar parks with a total capacity of 371 megawatts."

The guaranteed electricity purchase via an EEG feed-in tariff with a term of 20 years and extensive experience gained from almost 10 years of operation of the Weilrod 1 wind farm at the same location ensure a high degree of certainty in forecasting the expected yields. Weilrod 2 thus contributes to the repositioning of clearvise AG as a YieldCo, a company with stable, predictable distributions from its portfolio of European wind and solar parks with the aim of optimizing dividend distributions to shareholders.

In connection with the repositioning, the Executive Board has been in talks with Tion Renewables GmbH since the announcement on August 11, 2025, regarding the possible outsourcing of business areas and employees. Draft contracts have been exchanged between the two companies and are currently being reviewed.  Furthermore, talks with clearvise employees are planned for the coming week.
