Peach Property Group places hybrid bond with a volume of around CHF 25 million

- Good demand from institutional and private investors

- Trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange to commence on 16 December 2015

- Proceeds to be used for refinancing and further expansion

Zurich, 11 December 2015 - Peach Property Group AG, an investor in the residential and commercial real estate sectors, today announced that it achieved an issue volume of around CHF 25 million by issuing a subordinated bond ("hybrid bond", ISIN CH0305711647). A total of around 25,000 bonds at a face value of EUR 1,000 each were sold by way of a public offer in Switzerland as well as by private placements with selected European investors.

Herewith the Company has placed the target volume as communicated at beginning of the subscription period. The Company could not utilise its option to increase the target volume for the hybrid bond to up to CHF 50 million yet due to timely and regulatory restrictions occurring shortly before the end of the subscription period. Investors however have shown interest to which Peach Property Group can get back at a later point in time.

The hybrid bond has an unlimited term and may be terminated by Peach Property Group AG no earlier than after three years, i.e. effective 15 December 2018. Up until that date, the bond will have a coupon of 5.00 percent p.a.; after that, the annual interest rate will be equivalent to the 3-month LIBOR rate plus 9.25 percent.

Peach Property Group will use the proceeds to refinance its liabilities and to expand its portfolio of investment properties, primarily in Germany. The Company will leverage the currently favourable market opportunities in Germany to increase its focus on investment properties in line with its strategy. The mid-term goal is to increase the portion of investment properties to 75 percent of its overall portfolio. Peach Property Group's focus is on attractive and high-yield properties in the German states of North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony and Hesse.
