AT&S Management Board proposes not to distribute a dividend for the financial year 2024/25

Leoben – The Management Board of AT&S decided today, subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board, to propose to the 31^th Annual General Meeting on July 3, 2025 that no dividend be distributed for the financial year 2024/25 (PY: € 0.00 per share). Instead, the profit will be used to strengthen the balance sheet position.

The annual results for the financial year 2024/25 will be published on May 15, 2025 and the Annual Report on

June 5, 2025.
