*AEVIS VICTORIA SA - General Meeting of Shareholders of 13 June 2017*

AEVIS VICTORIA SA (AEVIS) will hold its General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2016 on Tuesday 13 June 2017 at 15:00 at the Congress Centre Kursaal Interlaken in Interlaken. Besides the usual agenda points, the Board of Directors proposes the distribution of CHF 0.55 per share on 3 July 2017, herewith confirming its long-term distribution policy.

The Board of Directors also proposes to the shareholders the individual re-election for a term of one year until the end of the next General Meeting, of Mr Christian Wenger, Raymond Loretan, Antoine Hubert, Michel Reybier, Antoine Kohler and Dr Cédric A. George. The Board of Directors proposes the re-election of Mr Christian Wenger as Chairman, the re-election of Dr Cédric A. George and Antoine Kohler as members of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Me Jacques-Daniel Noverraz as independent proxy. The Board of Directors also proposes the re-election of Berney & Associés SA Société Fiduciaire as statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2017.

The General Meeting will then be called to approve the extension and the increase of the authorised capital, allowing the Board of Directors to increase the share-capital by a maximum nominal amount of CHF 37.8 million till 12 June 2019, with the objective to finance potential acquisitions.
