Swiss Healthcare Properties SA extends its portfolio of healthcare related properties with the acquisition of an object in Zurich

Swiss Healthcare Properties SA (« SHP ») announces the acquisition of a plot of 4'623m2, adjacent to Privatklinik Bethanien in Zurich, which is owned by SHP since 2013. Ideally located in the Zurichberg, between the Restelbergstrasse and the Toblerstrasse, the plot comprises three buildings and an underground parking. The buildings are currently occupied by a nursing home, a hospice, medical practices and offices. The parking was built in 2010 and comprises 142 covered spaces.

This acquisition will allow SHP to better plan the global development of the site and to consolidate its position in this expanding healthcare cluster. On the longer term, SHP envisages to build a new building of approximately 6'000 m2.
