EPR Properties Profit Climbs 20% In Q2

(RTTNews) - EPR Properties (EPR) revealed earnings for its second quarter that climbed from last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $74.75 million, or $1.17 per share. This was up from $62.30 million, or $1.08 per share, in last year's second quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $1.16 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 16.6% to $118.03 million. This was up from $101.26 million last year.
