EPR Properties Bottom Line Climbs 15% In Q3

(RTTNews) - EPR Properties (EPR) announced a profit for its third quarter that climbed compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line totaled $78.80 million, or $1.23 per share. This was higher than $68.33 million, or $1.17 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $1.21 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 19.3% to $102.28 million. This was up from $85.71 million last year.
