Enterprise Products Says Creel To Retire As CEO Of Its General Partner

(RTTNews) - Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (EPD), a provider of midstream energy services, on Monday said Michael Creel would retire as chief executive officer of its general partner at the end of this year.

A.J. "Jim" Teague, Enterprise's chief operating officer, would succeed Creel upon his retirement, the Partnership said.

Teague has served as a director of Enterprise's general partner since 2008 and as chief operating officer since 2010. Teague joined Enterprise in 1999.

Also the board of Enterprise's general partner has elected to expand the office of the chairman effective April 1, whereby the role of chief administrative officer would be added to it.

Also, Enterprise said Bryan Bulawa has been elected senior vice president and chief financial officer effective April 1. Bulawa has served as Enterprise's senior vice president and treasurer since 2009.
