Enirgi Group Corporation Changes Name to Rincon Ltd.

TORONTO, Feb. 15, 2018 /CNW/ - Enirgi Group Corporation announced today that it has filed articles of amendment with Corporations Canada to change its name to Rincon Ltd. ("Rincon" or the "Company"), effective immediately. The name change follows the Company's recent sale of its lead recycling business in Australia and focus on accelerating the development of its lithium project at the Salar del Rincón in Salta, Argentina ("Rincon Project").

Rincon is a private Canadian company wholly-owned by the Sentient Group of Global Resource Funds and managed by Sentient Equity Partners. Sentient Equity Partners is an independent private equity investment firm specializing in the global resources industry with over US$2.5 billion of assets under management in metal, mineral and energy assets across the globe. Rincon owns 100% of ADY Resources Limited, the owner and operator of the Rincon Project. The Company has constructed a demonstration plant at the Rincon Project capable of producing battery grade lithium carbonate directly from raw, unconcentrated brine using the Company's proprietary lithium extraction technology, developed by the Company in cooperation with the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO). Rincon also owns 100% of Natural Soda LLC, the owner and operator of a sodium bicarbonate mine and production facility in Western Colorado.
