Endo International plc Bottom Line Retreats 6% In Q2

(RTTNews) - Endo International plc (ENDP) announced earnings for second quarter that dropped compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line declined to $192.34 million, or $0.86 per share. This was lower than $204.34 million, or $1.08 per share, in last year's second quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.74 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 25.3% to $920.89 million. This was up from $735.17 million last year.
