Edge Therapeutics Prices IPO At $11.00/shr - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Edge Therapeutics Inc. (EDGE) said that it has priced its initial public offering of 7.315 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $11.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by the company.

In addition, Edge Therapeutics granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.097 million shares of common stock at the same price, to cover over-allotments, if any.

The shares are scheduled to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market on October 1, 2015 under the ticker symbol "EDGE."
