EB5 Affiliate Network and Klasko Law Announce Innovative EB-5 Regional Center Database Tool for EB-5 Project Sponsors and Developers
NEW YORK, May 16, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- May 15, 2017, EB5 Affiliate Network ("EB5AN"), a leading EB-5 regional center and EB-5 service provider, announced their collaboration with Klasko Immigration Law Partners ("Klasko Law") in developing an EB-5 Regional Center Database Tool for EB-5 project sponsors and developers. The Regional Center Database Tool provides needed transparency for EB-5 project sponsors and developers seeking affiliation with USCIS-approved regional centers.
The tool allows users to enter the address of a proposed EB-5 project and gain immediate access to the complete list of USCIS regional centers that have the necessary geographic coverage. The tool also provides the contact information for all listed regional centers, so a project sponsor or developer can reach out directly to the appropriate regional centers.
Jointly developed with Klasko Law, the EB-5 Regional Center Database Tool has been constructed using I-924 initial designation letters and amendments for approved regional centers obtained through Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") requests. The regional center approval letters have been data mined and arranged into a comprehensive database featuring the available contact information for each regional center. The result is a highly functional, easy-to-use tool that saves valuable time for EB-5 project sponsors and developers seeking approved regional centers with the required geographic coverage for their projects.

Regarding the EB-5 Regional Center Database Tool, EB5AN Managing Partner Sam Silverman said, "We are excited to continue our work together with Klasko Law in making the EB-5 industry more efficient and transparent, and it is my sincere hope that the EB-5 Regional Center Database Tool becomes a necessary first step for EB-5 project sponsors and developers when seeking EB-5 regional center sponsorship for their projects."
"The Regional Center Database Tool is a step-change improvement over the existing regional center list available on the USCIS website. The ability to immediately filter through an extensive list of hundreds of regional centers by entering a specific project address and then get in touch with regional centers directly will prevent EB-5 project sponsors from wasting time determining which regional centers can even sponsor a given project. With the recent change in USCIS policy on geographic coverage, this time-saving tool is now vitally important." said Ron Klasko of Klasko Law.
"Klasko Law remains committed to our EB-5 project sponsor and developer clients in ensuring they have the best tools available to bring transparency and efficiency to the regional center selection process, and working with EB5AN to develop the Regional Center Database Tool is fully aligned with this objective," said Dan Lundy of Klasko Law.
