PISCATAWAY, N.J. & SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2005--EasyLink Services Corporation (NASDAQ:EASY) and Traxian, Inc. announced today a strategic alliance to provide a comprehensive suite of services that will deliver automated business-to-business capabilities to small and mid-sized companies in the $150bn US convenience store industry. The integration of EasyLink's transaction processing, delivery and management solutions with Traxian's standards-based software and directory services will enable users to enjoy benefits that have been traditionally only available to larger retailers.
EasyLink, based in Piscataway, NJ is a leading global provider of services that power the exchange of information between enterprises, their trading communities and customers. Traxian, headquartered in San Francisco, assists small and mid-sized businesses eliminate paper-based processes through its intuitive Web Services software that provide deeper integration between commonly used small business software such as QuickBooks and enterprise transaction solutions such as EDI.
