EarthLink CEO Rolla Huff Retires; Names Joseph Eazor President & CEO

(RTTNews) - EarthLink Inc. (ELNK) announced the retirement of Rolla Huff as President and CEO. The company's Board appointed Joseph Eazor as new President and CEO and a member of the Board, effective January 13, 2014. Huff will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board for a transition period.

Most recently, Eazor was EVP and COO of Global Sales and Customer Operations for EMC. Prior to EMC, he held a variety of senior leadership positions at HP and EDS, including SVP and GM of HP Enterprise Services, EVP of EDS Corporate Strategy and Development, and president of EDS Asia Pacific.
